Egg-flavored Fruit Fried Rice

I used apples and peaches. For peaches, choose slightly hard peaches, peeled and cored, and cut into 1 cm square pieces

The apples are arbitrary, any kind of apples are fine, just peeled and cored and cut into pieces

Open the egg, chopped green onion leaves

Put the green onions into the egg, add a little salt and stir well

Heat the wok, add oil, add the mixed egg liquid and fry until cooked

Directly fry into chunks, the fry is older, it is the state that the egg skin is browned

Push the egg to the side of the wok, add the fruit pieces, and simply fry the fruit a few times

Stir evenly

Pour the rice

Sprinkle with Kubi Roasted Sesame Salad Sauce after serving
Tips:
You can choose any fruit you like with less juice.
I made it for one person, using half a peach and half an apple for a bowl of rice.
Just add a little salt to the egg liquid, not too much. The salad sauce is salty. You can leave it out if you don't like it. Just add a little more salt after adding rice to your taste.
