Egg-flavored Sesame-sweet Crispy

Prepare flour, starch, eggs, sugar, and sesame seeds.

Pour the salad oil into the bowl.

Add the sugar in two portions.

Use a small spoon to rub the sugar and oil mixture and fuse until mashed.

Add egg liquid three times and mix thoroughly.

Add cornstarch to the flour.

Add baking soda and mix well.

Pour the mixed flour into the egg mixture.

Mix up and down, and evenly form a smooth dough.

Place the mixed dough on the panel. Roll into a large and thin dough and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Use a rolling pin to press the sesame seeds onto the dough to form a small cake base and put it on the baking tray.

Put it in the microwave oven and bake it on high heat for 3 minutes (it depends on the thickness and size of the cake to determine the baking time).
