Egg Fort

Put 1 egg, whole wheat flour in a basin, add a little salt, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir to form a batter. (The batter is lifted into a thread with a whisk)

Preheat the omelet pan, pour a little oil, and beat the remaining three eggs into the omelet pan, sprinkle a little pepper.

When one side is solidified, turn it over and fry until it is cooked and serve.

Put the omelet pan on a wet towel to cool down a little, pour a little oil, put in the right amount of batter, the batter is about one-third of the height of the omelet pan, and put in the right amount of mushroom sauce.

Put the fried egg before the batter is solidified and press it slightly to make the egg and the batter fit tighter.

Fry on medium heat for about a minute, then take it out.

Tips:
The material of this omelette pan is cast iron, and the firepower can be medium to small. When the temperature of the pan is too high, you can turn off the fire and wait for a while to cool down. Do a few more and it will get better and better.
