Stir fry until the bean dregs are about eighth dry, then beat in the eggs. You can beat the egg and add it to the bean dregs, I’m lazy, just beat the egg

Tips:
1. Use a soymilk machine to make soymilk, and the filtered soy dregs can also be operated in the same way;
2. If the bean dregs are relatively wet, stir-fry until 80% dry and add eggs;
3. You can add your favorite side dishes according to your preferences, such as diced ham, etc.
