Egg Fried Rice

1. Ingredients: a bowl of overnight rice, diced carrots and ham, chopped green onions, and beaten eggs

2. Put oil in the pot and heat for 60%, pour in the eggs, spread out, and set aside

3. Heat up with some oil in another pot, add diced carrots and stir fry for one minute

4. Add diced ham and stir fry

5. Add overnight rice and stir-fry until fragrant

6. Add soy sauce and stir fry for a while

7. Add the scrambled eggs and stir fry evenly

8. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:
