Egg Fried Rice
1.
Prepare ingredients. A bowl of leftover rice and various pieces of food and vegetables. This is to take pictures to look good, and usually cut casually hahaha. In fact, it can be cut quickly, with a small amount, and it will be cut in a while.
2.
Pour the oil in the hot pan. I don’t like too much oil. It is better to use more oil to avoid the rice sticking to the pan. When the oil is slightly warm, turn the pot to moisten it.
3.
Pour in the rice, stir-fry for a while, knock two eggs in, and stir-fry quickly, as far as possible to wrap each grain of rice with egg mixture. I ate too many eggs today, so I only put one egg.
4.
Stir-fry evenly and pour in various colored vegetables. Continue to stir fry.
5.
Stir fry until the sausage is transparent and proceed to the next step.
6.
Pour in the chopped green onion and stir fry a few times, turn off the heat and take out the pot.
7.
You're all done for dinner.
Tips:
Be sure to use a non-stick pan, or put more oil. Otherwise the rice will stick to the pot easily.
