Egg Fried Rice

Prepare 1 bowl of leftover rice; beat 2 eggs in an empty bowl, beat and stir well; diced carrots, ham and spring onions;

Heat the pot, pour in a little cooking oil, turn to low heat and pour in the egg liquid;

When the egg liquid is not completely solidified, pour in the rice, mix it with a spatula, and then break up, try to make the egg and rice fully combined;

Then add carrots, diced ham, and pickled mustard in turn, and stir-fry evenly;

Add a little salt and stir fry, turn off the heat and add the chopped green onion.
