Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients needed: rice, 1 bowl, egg, 2 shallots, cleaned

Add a little salt to the egg and beat the shallots, diced the shallot leaves, and separate the white onion

Heat the pan, pour the oil into the egg liquid

Use a spatula or chopsticks to stir the eggs into small pieces

Heat the oil to 70% heat, add the white onion and saute until fragrant

Change the heat to a low heat, add the rice and stir fry evenly

Tips:
1. Use overnight rice for the rice because there is little moisture in the hot rice and it will be sticky. If there is no overnight rice, you can put the rice in the refrigerator and freeze it.
2. If there are less eggs, more eggs than rice are not delicious. Adding a small amount of salt to the egg juice will make the salty taste more even.
3. Do not add MSG to the fried rice with scrambled eggs. The light egg and rice are already very fragrant, except for the heavy taste.
