Egg Ham Stewed Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, wash, cut into small pieces, and chop garlic cloves.

Stir the eggs well.

Heat the pan with cold oil, not too much cooking oil, otherwise too greasy

Pour in the egg liquid, cut apart, and add the fuel

Add garlic cloves, sausages, garlic sprouts (or green onions) in sequence, stir fry a few times, add a small amount of salt (just let the vegetables taste salty)

Add boiling water, white pepper and salt.

Add the noodles and stir to prevent the noodles from sticking

Finally, add the greens.

After serving, add small tomatoes.
Tips:
Recently, I made a light version of Soy Pot Noodles. In normal cooking, you can add some dried chili wedges while putting garlic cloves. You can also put more white pepper powder. It will taste better when you eat it.
