I like the smooth, crunchy texture of jellyfish, and the delicate, elastic texture of dried eggs. Combining the two ingredients makes it a perfect match in terms of taste, nutrition and therapeutic effects. The dish is a dry salad of jellyfish with the effects of clearing heat, lowering blood pressure, reducing phlegm, and moisturizing the intestines.

Egg Jellyfish Mix

1. Prepare dried eggs and jellyfish, soak the jellyfish in cold water

2. Soak the jellyfish in cold boiled water

3. Dried eggs cut into slices

4. Drain the jellyfish

5. Place the drained jellyfish on a plate, and put dried eggs on top

6. Chopped garlic in a container

7. Add sugar and salt

8. Add spicy sauce

9. Add fragrant sweet vinegar and stir to make a sauce

10. Pour the sauce over the ingredients on the plate and enjoy

Tips:

1. Jellyfish is generally salty. Soak it for a while. Taste it after soaking. If the saltiness is right for you, you don't need to add salt when making a sauce. The jellyfish of this brand I used is not salty, so I added a little salt.
2. Open the bag and eat the jellyfish directly, soak it in cold boiled water.
