Prepare dried eggs and jellyfish, soak the jellyfish in cold water

Tips:
1. Jellyfish is generally salty. Soak it for a while. Taste it after soaking. If the saltiness is right for you, you don't need to add salt when making a sauce. The jellyfish of this brand I used is not salty, so I added a little salt.
