Egg Leek Soup

Wash the leeks and cut into sections for later use

Bring the water to a boil in a hot pot, add some shredded ginger and oil
3.
When the water boils, beat in the eggs, wait for the water to boil again, put in the leeks, turn it over with chopsticks a few times
