Egg Pie with Ham
1.
Slice the ham and eat 2 to 3 slices per person. Hot-fried ham slices, fried on both sides.
2.
Fry slightly coke, drain the oil and set aside.
3.
Heat the pan, put in the hand-cooked cakes, fry slightly cooked over medium heat, and turn it over. There is oil in the cake, so there is no need to pour oil in the pan.
4.
Pick up a thin layer of cake and pour the beaten egg into the cake. Turn over and fry the eggs.
5.
Roll three slices of fried ham into the egg pie. If you like, you can add some garlic chili sauce or other sauces, but because the pie and ham are both salty, it's okay to not add sauce.
Tips:
The process is a bit more complicated, but it is super simple to do. It is definitely enough to get up five minutes early in the morning, and it is perfect with a bottle of juice or yogurt! Don’t eat too salty breakfast!
