Egg Potato Salad

Potatoes are steamed, crushed, and sliced cucumbers. Luncheon meat, diced hard-boiled egg.

Add two spoons of Thousand Island sauce and one spoon of fruit vinegar, and stir well.
3.
Then pour in cucumber, luncheon meat, eggs, and stir well.
4.
Sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley to garnish.
