Potato Stew

Cut potato luncheon meat into small pieces.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the shallots and garlic.

Add potatoes and luncheon meat and fry until golden.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Wash the rice and add water.
6.
Add the fried ingredients.

Press the rice cooker cooking button and sprinkle some chopped green onions out of the pot.
