Egg Shrimp
1.
Add a few drops of white wine, salt, and a little cornstarch to the thawed and washed shrimps, mix well and marinate for ten minutes to make the shrimps smoother and tender.
2.
Heat the water in the pot, add the shrimps, and remove after the water boils.
3.
Knock two eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt to scatter the eggs.
4.
Put the shrimp into the egg mixture and mix well.
5.
The oil pan is 70% hot, and the egg liquid is added.
6.
Fry until the egg is solidified and then turn off the heat.
Tips:
What kind of shrimp has the best taste? I think it’s best to use bagged frozen shrimps, because the shrimps are crispy and tender with water, and they are still crystal clear after they are cooked. The crisp taste is not something that fresh shrimp can replace.
