Tips:
1: The semi-finished shrimp used by the elves, only need to be defrosted and washed. If it is fresh shrimp, it can be kept in the refrigerator for one hour, which is more convenient to remove the shell.
2: After the egg mixture is put in the pot, use the remaining temperature to fry to prevent the taste from getting old.
3: Add cooking wine to the egg liquid to remove fishy and increase freshness.
