In the past few days, I just don’t like to cook well, and the two masters’ dinners or breakfasts just make do. Today the protagonist is still wonton, but I changed the soup base to egg soup, which is very tender, and friends can also try it.

Egg Soup Wonton

1. Prepare all the ingredients, as shown in the picture, use wonton wrappers, eggs, fresh meat, and green onions.

2. Divide an egg into the minced meat.

3. Then add salt, pepper, chopped green onion, cooking wine, and mix until the filling is firm.

4. Then add water to the pot and boil.

5. While boiling the water, beat another egg with fine salt, and then wrap the filling in the wonton wrapper.

6. The water in the pot is boiled, and the wontons are put into the pot.

7. Season with an appropriate amount of fine salt, and cook until the wontons float.

8. Then follow the side of the pot and beat the beaten egg liquid on the side.

9. When eating, add some cooked sesame seeds, chopped green onion and a little sesame oil to taste.
