Egg Steamed Dumplings

Ingredients: 8 frozen dumplings, 2 eggs
Accessories: appropriate amount of vegetable oil, a little salt, a chive

Take out the frozen dumplings in advance. If you have time, you can defrost them a bit. This saves time during steaming. Use a deeper plate to shape the dumplings. Steamed eggs and dumplings have better shapes and look better, and have an appetite.

Break up the two eggs, add water and stir to form egg liquid, add a little salt and a few drops of vegetable oil, and stir again.

Add more water because the dumpling wrappers absorb water

Pour it into a deep dish containing frozen dumplings, and slowly pour it along the side of the dish, so that the dumplings and egg liquid will be more even, and it will be better to steam them out.

Tips:
1. Do not add more water to the eggs, less than usual steamed eggs, add a little vegetable oil to steam together, the taste is fragrant and delicious
2. Don't add too much dumplings, so they will be steamed thoroughly with the eggs.
