This is a very good recipe. The bread machine can produce a beautiful film in two kneading procedures. It's a pity that my yeast is not strong (the yeast seems to have failed), and the bread is not good. You can refer to the recipe and production process and ignore my finished product. "

Egg Toast

1. Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then solid.

2. After starting an IMix kneading program, add butter noodles, start the IMix program again, and knead the dough for 30 minutes.

3. Knead the dough until you can pull out a large piece of film.

4. Use the yogurt fermentation process to ferment to double the size.

5. Take it out, vent it, divide it into 3 equal parts, and round it.

6. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and let it rest for 15 minutes.

7. Roll into a strip with the same width as the mold.

8. Roll it up and put it in a 450g toast mold.

9. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, put it in a warm place and ferment until it is eight or nine minutes full. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it on the penultimate layer, and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Tips:

1. In summer, it is best to use ice water or ice milk to make dough with a bread machine to avoid the temperature generated by the bread machine during work, which may cause the yeast to ferment prematurely and affect the formation of gluten.
2. It is recommended to slice the toast and eat it with jam, which tastes better.
