Egg, Tomato and Shrimp Soup

Ingredients: Shrimp (washed), tomato (washed and cut), egg (smashed into a bowl)

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to the cleaned shrimp, mix well, set aside.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut tomatoes and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Then, combine the shrimps and add some salt.

Season to bring to a boil.

Finally, pour in the egg mixture and stir well, and serve.
