Egg White Muffins (digested Protein Version)

The beaten dry egg whites (not beaten. You can add sugar in three times to beat), add flour and stir evenly.

Take a non-stick pan and brush it with a layer of oil. Put the batter on the top and fry slowly until the surface is solidified (you can turn it over if you touch it with your hands or other things without sticking). Mine didn't press it, so it was high. . I put it in a piping bag, which is easier to operate.

Fry until the color on both sides is fine

Okay out of the pot. It tastes very soft and delicious😊
Tips:
The protein requirements are not so strict. As long as the whisk has a small pointed tip. Add some lemon juice or vinegar when whisking the egg whites to be more stable 😊
