Egg Yolk Flower Bread

Prepare all the ingredients, the remaining egg whites can be reserved for Hokkaido toast

Liquids are placed at the bottom of the bread machine barrel

Put flour on the liquid, put salt and sugar in the four corners, dig a hole in the middle of the flour to put yeast, and turn on the bread machine for 15 minutes

Knead the dough to the expansion stage, put in the softened butter, and continue to knead for 15 minutes

Kneading in the bread machine for about 40 minutes, the glove film appears

Use the bread machine to make the noodles rise to 2 times the size, about 70 minutes

After fermentation, the dough is vented and divided into 8 portions, covered with plastic wrap, and relax for 15 minutes

Put it in the oven and use the fermentation function to ferment to 2 times the size, 38 degrees for 30 minutes, add a bowl of hot water to increase the humidity

Tips:
1. About 3 egg yolks, the egg white can be used as Hokkaido toast;
2. No need to leave almond slices, or white sesame seeds;
3. According to the different water absorption of the flour, check the humidity of the dough when kneading to the expansion stage, and add some water if it is dry;
4. If the egg yolk is more, it is easier to be colored, so it should be covered with tin foil in time.
