Egg Yolk Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, cut the green onions into chopped green onions and set aside

Salted egg yolk with a little cooking wine, steamed in water and crushed with a spoon

Cut tofu into 2cm cubes

Pour water in the pot and boil

Add 1 tsp of salt after the water is boiled

Boil the tofu in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove

Pour some oil into the pot and heat it up

Add salted egg yolk and stir fry

Stir-fry on low heat until the salted egg yolk is frothy

Pour in tofu and stir well

Then add a little broth, turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook until the broth thickens (if there is no broth, you can also use a little water and chicken broth to mix well instead)

Tips:
1. Boil the tofu with boiling water before cooking to remove the beany flavor and taste better;
2. The salted egg yolk already has salt content, whether to add salt at the end. You can taste it first and add it as needed.
