Eggplant Minced Pork Noodles

Peel and dice eggplant, dice tenderloin, chop onion, hot pan, add ginger onion and fry until fragrant, add tenderloin and stir fry, pour in cooking wine and appropriate amount of soy sauce, wait until tenderloin turns white Add onion, stir-fry the diced eggplant for a while, add a little water and simmer for about 10 minutes!
