I usually don’t eat a lot of noodles, but they only make the noodles easy to digest, and they are also a very good staple food, especially if it’s cold outside, eating a bowl of hot noodles, it’s not too good.

Sour Noodle Soup

1. Minced green onion and garlic

2. Millet spicy cut into small pieces

3. Put the chopped green onion, garlic, salt, and chili powder

4. Hot oil

5. Add light soy sauce and vinegar (1 to 2 ratio), appropriate amount of sugar, and add some noodle soup or stock

6. After the water is boiled, the bottom is cooked

7. Put the cooked noodles in the soup bowl and mix

8. Put an omelette, I put a few slices of beef humbly, and a few slices of vegetable leaves if there are mines at home

9. The noodles are chewy and the soup is full of flavor (except for the oily ones). Don't drink the soup for oily ones.

Tips:

The amount of heat oil should not be too much, otherwise the dough will be very oily; the noodles should not be overcooked, and the taste will not be good;
