Braised Noodles with Beans

Prepare ingredients: beans, pork belly, hand-rolled noodles

Thinly slice pork belly, mince green onion, ginger, garlic, and prepare 1 star anise.

Wash the beans, remove the two ends and the carob tendons, break them into pieces.

Put a little oil in the pan, add pork belly and stir fry
