Eggplant Salad

Wash the eggplant;

In order to cook it quickly, I cut it open and steamed a lot of water. You don’t need to cut it, just tear it by hand after steaming~

After the water is boiled, steam it for about 15 minutes;

Stir the sesame sauce with seafood soy sauce, chicken essence, and warm water, pour it into the eggplant, add garlic, coriander, and Thai pepper.
