Eggplant Strips with Bbq Sauce

Cut eggplant into strips, potatoes, carrots and eggplant strips, over oil, just change color

Scallion, ginger, garlic, cook in a pot, leave half of the garlic and add when the vegetable is ready

Put in Daxi Da original barbecue sauce and bring to a boil
4.
Add eggplant, potato and carrot sticks and stir-fry well
5.
No need for other seasonings, just out of the pot

Tips:
No need for other seasonings, no need to add salt separately, it is sweet and salty. The main ingredient itself has been oiled, so less oil is used in the pot.
