Eggplant with Matsutake

Eggplant cleaned

Cut into hob blocks

Pick up the oil pan, it’s slightly better than the usual cooking oil, and sauté the ginger

Add eggplant and stir-fry until tender

Add oil matsutake
6.
Add some salt and sugar
7.
Add some light soy sauce
8.
Add some Gingerle sauce and stir well
9.
Add some water to boil
10.
When the juice is dry, sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve
Tips:
If you don't have Gingerle sauce, just use regular bean paste or sweet noodle sauce! Just adjust the amount of salt according to the situation!
