Eggplant with Minced Meat

Cut the chicken into minced meat and pour a little cooking wine;

Add 1 teaspoon of sweet noodle sauce;

Add the chopped garlic;

Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes;

Take a microwave-usable container and put a little oil in it;

Cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few small holes with a toothpick, and heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to take out;

Cut the eggplant into thin strips;

Put it in a heated container and heat it in a microwave oven on high heat for 2 minutes;

After taking it out, turn over the eggplant strips one by one and reheat for 2 minutes;

Take out the eggplant strips, drain the oil and set aside;

Put the marinated minced meat into a microwave-usable container, cover it with plastic wrap, and heat it on high heat for 3 minutes;

Remove the minced meat and add the hot sauce;

Add the tempeh and minced garlic, stir well, put it in the microwave oven and continue heating for 3 minutes;
14.
Add the sliced green and red peppers, stir well and cover on the eggplant strips.
