Eggplant with Sauce

Cut the large eggplant in half and fry for a while.

After frying for a while, add soybean oil and meat.

Add meat oil.

The meat is cooked, add the pepper noodles, aniseed, and chopped green onion.

Pour an appropriate amount of water.

Boil the water and simmer for about 10 minutes, then add 200g of soybean paste.

Simmer for about 20 minutes, the soup is almost harvested, turn off the heat, and sprinkle in the coriander.

Tips:
The soybean paste I bought is Dongbei soybean paste. There is no sugar in it. It is salty soybean paste. This is more delicious. If you put the soybean paste, you don't need to add salt. If it feels light, add some sauce.
