Eight Treasure Congee

Ingredients are prepared.

Soak the lotus seeds in warm water and remove the core.

Wash purple rice, kidney beans, red beans, peanuts, mung beans, glutinous rice, and oats repeatedly.

Add water to the pressure cooker and put in the washed ingredients.

Press for 20-30 minutes, add rock sugar after exhausting, stir and dissolve.

Tips:
1. After the lotus seeds are fully soaked, it is easier to remove the core. You can use small tweezers to pick it out, or directly break the lotus seeds in half to get the core.
2. If the porridge is cooked in an ordinary soup pot, soak the purple rice, kidney beans, red beans, mung beans, and glutinous rice in advance to make it easier to cook.
3. The rock sugar is too early to stick to the pan, and it can be melted after it is cooked.
