Eight Treasure Spicy Prawns

For the ingredients, either river prawns or prawns can be used.

Cut off the shredded shrimp, if the shrimp is too big, it is more delicious with an open back.

Prepare the Eight Treasure Spicy Sauce. It’s available in supermarkets. If you don’t have any, you can prepare some spicy oil, or dry peppers, cooked peanuts, and green beans.

Shrimp meal paper to remove the moisture. Prevent oil splashing when entering the pot.

Wipe off the water in the wok.

After adding the oil to heat, add the prawns and stir fry. The amount of oil is more than usual for cooking.

After bursting out the aroma, add the spicy sauce.

Add a little salt and stir-fry to get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The amount of oil is appropriate and more. 2. It can be stir-fried with some red and green peppers.
