Eight Treasure Steamed Cake-----delicious, Tonic
1.
The yam and taro are steamed (the chopsticks can penetrate through).
2.
After being steamed, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and press it into puree.
3.
Add water to the red beans and boil them into bean paste. Add red tang to taste.
4.
Wash raisins, almonds and goji berries and set aside.
5.
Mix well with yam taro puree.
6.
Take a bowl of the right size and arrange the colors on the bottom of the bowl. (You can think of a more beautiful flower, it's also good to put it with wolfberry...)
7.
The taro mash is pressed into a skin and spread on the bottom of the bowl with bean paste in the middle.
8.
Seal the bowl with the remaining mashed taro, cover it with a plate, and re-steam in the pot for 3 minutes.
9.
Buckle upside down on the plate. Drizzle with a little honey to taste.
Tips:
You can apply a layer of oil on the wall of the bowl first, which will be easier when it is inverted.
