Electric Stew Cup Version of Brown Sugar Stacked Steamed Buns

Pour Wankun old brown sugar and Angel yeast powder into warm water and stir to boil.

Pour the stirred yeast brown sugar water into the flour and knead it into a smooth dough.

Waking up to twice as large in a warm place, honeycombs can be seen. (The temperature is not high today. I heated the stew cup and put it in the pot for proofing to shorten the time).

Knead the noodles again to exhaust, add a little black sesame seeds to decorate and add fragrance.

Press it into a thin dough and fold it left and right in the middle. I put it on the small cutting board and pressed it by hand, the shape is uneven. It is better to use a rolling pin.

After being folded, put it into the electric stew cup for secondary proofing. I wake up for about 30 minutes.

Steamed for about 20 minutes and simmered for 10 minutes. (The time is displayed on the electric stew pot, which is easier to control). Although it was midnight, I couldn't help tearing a piece and tasted it, it was really fragrant.
Tips:
1. White sugar is too sweet. Putting old brown sugar will help the fermentation taste better.
2. When folding, you can put some jujube puree or red bean paste in the middle, which tastes better.
