Empty Fried Squid Rings

Defrosting squid rings

Clean the thawed squid rings and drain the water

Tear off the black film on the surface of the squid ring

Add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Prepare three bowls, put in starch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs respectively

Put the squid rings in the starch and roll

Dip it in the egg liquid

Make all the squid rings one by one

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, put the squid rings in the frying basket of the air fryer, and brush the surface with oil

Tips:
1. The black film on the surface of the squid ring should be removed.
2. When marinating, put the cooking wine to remove the fishy, it will be easier to taste if the marinating time is longer.
