English Afternoon Tea: Longan Scones

Peel the dried longan meat, soak it in clean water for a few minutes to soften it, then drain the water and chop it;

126g low-gluten flour, 4g baking powder after weighing, sift

Add softened butter, salt, sugar, dried longan meat

Tips:
1. Soak the longan meat in water to soften it, otherwise it will dry out easily during the baking process;
2. If you want to make Sikang's finished product more beautiful, you can brush with liquid egg yolk;
