English Cinnamon Apple Cake

Slice and dice 2 apples respectively;

Soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar, and whip the butter with a whisk;

Add the egg liquid in three times, each time the egg liquid and the butter should be thoroughly mixed, and then add the next egg liquid;

Add milk, sift in low powder, baking powder;

Mix the powder with butter and milk thoroughly;

Pour in the diced apples and mix well;

Put the cake paste into the piping bag and squeeze it into the cake mold (I used a 6-inch open bottom cake mold)

After squeezing the cake batter, shake the cake mold a few times, shake the cake batter evenly, and spread apple slices;
9.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder (you don't need to add it if you don't like it);
10.
Put it in the oven after preheating and bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Tips:
The temperature and time of baking can be adjusted according to your own oven.
