Enjoi Asian Style Duck Skewers

Grate the ginger. Peel the ginger duck breast and cut into slices about 1 cm wide.

Bake the sesame seeds in a pan until browned.

Marinated duck meat: Stir the roasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, half of ginger, honey, salt and pepper, and then put the cut duck meat in it and marinate for 5-10 minutes.

The preparation of salad dressing: Stir enjoi extra virgin olive oil, rice vinegar, remaining ginger and honey, and season with a little salt and pepper.

Duck slices are skewered with wooden skewers, and in a pan with enjoi extra virgin olive oil, fry each side for about 2 minutes at medium high temperature. Then put it in a hot plate for later use.

Season the salad with salad dressing and put it on the plate, then put on the duck skewers and enjoy.
Tips:
1. The marinating time of duck meat should be well controlled. This is more important for the infiltration of taste in duck meat.
2. In order to prevent being too greasy and blending with seasoning sauces, it is recommended to use western olive oil with a lighter taste, such as enjoi from Australia.
