1. One enoki mushroom.
2. Break it apart and wash it clean.
3. Finely chop garlic.
4. Put the enoki mushrooms in a pot and cook.
5. Remove and drain the water.
6. Add oil in a hot pan, add garlic to fragrant, add some soy sauce and oyster sauce.
7. Pour into enoki mushrooms, mix well and serve.
