Enoki Mushroom

Remove the old part of the enoki mushroom and wash it. Mince garlic and chopped green onion.

Bring the water to a boil over high heat, put the enoki mushrooms in a pot and cook them, remove them for use.

Heat up the pot over high heat, pour in corn oil, add chopped garlic and chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Pour capers into step three, add light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly with salt.
5.
Pour step 4 onto the enoki mushroom surface. Stir it evenly when you eat it.

A beautiful cold dish, not bad.
