In the hot summer, cold dishes are a frequent visitor on every table. Today I mixed this cold mushroom with horseradish. I ate it once in a restaurant. It tastes good, fresh and refreshing, and has a unique taste~~"

Enoki Mushroom

1. Cut off the roots of enoki mushroom with scissors and wash

2. Boil it in the water.

3. Take out the blanched enoki mushrooms, and blanch the shredded carrots by the way

4. Put it in cold water for a while

5. Remove all and drain the water

6. Rub the cucumber into silk and add it to the pot
