Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, tear them apart, and shred the cucumber and red pepper.

Boil half a pot of water in a pot, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, and blanch the enoki mushrooms for about 30 seconds.

Pick up the blanched enoki mushrooms, soak in cold boiling water to cool, or use ice water to soak, the taste will be more crispy.

Pick up the cooled enoki mushrooms to control the water, put them in a plate, add appropriate amount of garlic, vinegar, oil consumption, light soy sauce, vegetable oil, add cucumber and chili shreds and mix well.
