Enoki Mushroom and Beef Bone Soup

Prepared ingredients.

The ox bones are drained of blood.

Put the beef bones in a pressure cooker and press for 40 minutes.

Tomatoes, peeled and diced, enoki mushrooms, blanched in water

Stir-fry the ginger and add green onions in the pot.

Stir fry with tomatoes, then add tomato sauce.

Add beef bones and enoki mushrooms and stir fry.

Add three bowls of water to the cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Put it in a casserole and cook for 1 hour. Season with soy sauce and salt.

Serve out and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
