Enoki Mushroom and Egg Drop Soup

Wash enoki mushrooms, cut into sections, and slice garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, heat the oil and fry the peppercorns until fragrant, add garlic slices.

Boil in hot water for 5 minutes

Tips:
Flammulina velutipes should be cooked, not raw. Don't eat spoiled enoki mushrooms.
