Enoki Mushroom and Shrimp

Wash the enoki mushrooms, put them in a microwave oven for three or four minutes, and steam them in a pot if you don't have a microwave oven at home.

The prawns are ready.

After peeling the prawns, cut in the middle and set aside.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the shrimp and boil it immediately.

Add the prawns to the steamed enoki mushrooms, add light soy sauce, or steamed fish soy sauce, and place the sliced ginger on top.
6.
Pour hot oil on it and it's OK.
