Enoki Mushroom Japanese Tofu Soup

Cut tomatoes into cubes, cut enoki mushrooms, and cut Japanese tofu into sections for later use

Heat in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, pour in tomatoes and stir-fry until ten mature

Pour in the right amount of water and bring to a boil

Pour the enoki mushrooms and cook for a few minutes

Pour in Japanese tofu

Add a spoonful of salt and cook for a few minutes on high heat
