Enoki Mushroom Mixed Lettuce

Remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, wash and shred the lettuce.

Add clear water to the pot, and add a little salt and peanut oil. When the water is boiled, add the enoki mushrooms and cook until they are almost cooked. Add the cut lettuce and cook for half a minute.

Remove the enoki mushrooms and lettuce (you can save a little soup to make it taste better), add the flavour, vinegar, sugar and chopped pepper (I also put a little salt), and mix well.
Tips:
I am a soil bun in the countryside and I am not used to eating raw lettuce, so the lettuce here is boiled. If you like to eat raw lettuce, you don't need to fish it in boiling water.
