A cold dish very suitable for summer. The popular and beneficial kelp and enoki mushroom collocation, seasoned with a small variety of condiments, with the addition of Knorr chicken noodles, makes this cold dish a simple but delicious healthy mix.

Enoki Mushroom Mixed with Kelp Shreds

1. Soak dried kelp shreds in cold water

2. Wash the enoki mushrooms and soak in cold water for 5 minutes

3. Wash the soaked seaweed shreds and put them in a boiling pot to cook

4. Enoki mushrooms are cooked in a pot

5. Put the boiled kelp shreds in cold water to cool off

6. Put the cooked enoki mushrooms in cold water and let cool

7. Pull out the enoki mushrooms and kelp shreds and drain the water

8. Add salt to the bowl

9. Add sugar

10. Add chicken noodles

11. Add white vinegar and stir to make the sauce

12. Drain the dried seaweed shreds and enoki mushrooms in a container, pour in the sauce and mix evenly

13. Put the well-mixed ingredients on a plate, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and enjoy

Tips:

The sauce is prepared according to personal taste.
It is not advisable to add heavy condiments.
