Home cooking---Stewed tofu with enoki mushroom and seafood. Tofu is very delicious when paired with seafood.

Enoki Mushroom Seafood Stewed Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Wash and cut enoki mushrooms.

3. Wash the pen tube fish and cut it into sections.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add tofu and stir fry carefully.

6. Add appropriate amount of water.

7. Add enoki mushrooms and simmer.

8. Cook until the soup thickens, add the pen tube fish and stir fry a few times.

9. When the pen tube fish is cooked, turn off the heat, add coriander, salt and mix thoroughly.

Tips:

After adding the tofu, stir fry carefully to prevent the tofu from breaking up.
